What is Seb Coe's salary for his position (President) at the IAAF, and anyone have a rough idea of how much debt he has in securing votes from the federations?

None of your business mate.
Hoh Coe is a volunteer IAAF President with zero salary from the IAAF.
But Hoh Coe is paid 1 Million USD from Nike World Headquarters, Shanghai. People's Republic of China.
Not sure there is a salary for head of IAAF or IOC.
No salary for Sebby boy.
Same voluteer status for USATF President, team staff, team doctor, video crew, photo crew, writers.
Max Seagull has a salary though.
Guess Hoh Coe wouldn't need $1m/yr?

Coe also hinted that he might give up his role as an ambassador for Nike if he were to be elected. “I’ve been with Nike since 1978,” he said. “It’s not the best-kept secret. It’s on a number of websites including the House of Lords. I don’t think any candidate standing has such transparency about their interests and what they do. I’ve always made it clear since my Locog [London Organising Committee] days that the corporate governance is pristine. And if I’m not able to have that independence, I will make the adjustments. But I’m not in the West Wing yet.”
He is a volunteer and doesn't get paid. 99.9 percent of people involved with the administration of Athletics do not get paid- they do it for the love of the sport. When you watch a major televised event on TV, some of the athletes are earning phenomenal amounts. But without unpaid officials, who officiate during the meeting, the event would not take place. It's time that all those volunteers out there in all sports made their feelings known.
Oh, but wait. You don't work in the IAAF to get paid by the IAAF. No!
You get paid by your other gigs specifically related to your role at the IAAF.
It's described quite well by Twitter's Race Radio.

I believe I read somewhere that Coe's Nike contract is through some kind of holding company. Same idea.
The IOC runs on these semi-complicated business arrangements where the value of a service is based on the fact the individual is a voting member of a sports federation.
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!
