Dennis Mitchell uses Freelap in training, so all training times are FAT. I use the same thing and can attest that it is very accurate compared to race timing. But you have to factor in the wind, which there tends to be a lot of in Clermont, so the actual times quoted could be low by up to 0.2. 9.60-9.65 would be reasonable to expect, given the number of times Gatlin ran 9.74-9.75 this year.

He hasn't gone vegan he is just eaten close to a vegan diet a plant diet but he will add lean meats pre workout his body fat is low low I hav the vidz of his new starts his first 5 Stepps are powerful he may reach top speed by 40 and hold it from there even though I'm close to Jgat camp and knew what Graham and Mitchell had planned I'm the 2014 off season I didn't think they'd get him to wr shape even though Graham personally said to me this year that J Gat woukd own the 100m 200m wr by the end of the season.
