There is one spot in the inside lower third of my right tibia that when I press on it or even bump it hurts like the dickens. I can't run anymore because it hurts so much. I fail the hop on one leg test. When I squat it feels like my tibia is going to explode. Any impact, squatting, or going down stairs hurt. Even slipping the shoe of my first foot without first untying it hurts so much. I took three weeks off of running and all other workouts and my first two runs back of two miles each were fine. HOWEVER after a crossfit class with lots of squats the hint of pain is coming back. What the heck is this?!?
