Yep, Bolt is a superman, and sport scientists recognize that a 1.96 tall individual with the stride frequency of a 1.80 tall individual has an undeniable advantage. Further, Bolt was already off the charts in talent as a 15 year old, at a age where he hardly could have doped.
Farah is a master tactician who improved a lot under Salazar, thanks to extra attention paid to strength training, flexibility and optimizing stride frequency, cadence and other details. Look at Ritz, and his 12.56 under Salazar. Had he stayed self coached, Ritz would have stayed at the 13.20 level at 5k. Salazar made significant changes to Ritz's biomechanics. With Farah also, Salazar's coaching produced the difference between world class and the world beater, in Farah's case. Kimmage insinuates that both athletes may be doped, but that does not match all the evidence seen thus far.
What your post establishes is the you don't know what the hell you're talking about. Any ability to claim that Bolt is clean because he's some freak of nature evaporated when Yohan Blake, his training partner and a very different kind of physical specimen, ran almost the same times. And claiming that Bolt had the same stride frequency as someone 1.8m tall is simply false. Bolt ran 9.58 in 41 or 42 strides for a stride frequency of about 4.2 per second, compared to about 4.9-4.9 for shorter sprinters, and Tim Montgomery was over 5 strides per second. Other sprinters like Francis Obikwelu, also at 6'5", have had about the same top end speed, as has Tyson Gay. What sets Bolt apart is that he was ahead of the shorter sprinters at 20 meters and he didn't die at the end. The ability to develop that power in the beginning without dying in the end is where the steroids in training come in. And of course the fact that Jamaica doesn't want to drug test makes it easier. See the Ben Johnson story pt. 2 at about 2:00 to see what a MASSIVE difference steroids can make for speed endurance by allowing you to train MUCH harder.
In the 2007 and 2009 world championships, Farah was right there with 1 lap to go, and then Lagat and Bekele blew his doors off. And then, suddenly, in 1 year, he was untouchable in the last lap. He didn't have the talent, and suddenly he did. That also comes from drugs, and he's not being caught because they're microdosing testosterone. And that does not show up in a blood profile.
