Still running 6-7 days a week but most runs involve some mild pain or faituge in the knee area. Do a lot of trail running and steep uphills hurt my knees as well as downhills. what's strange is that I can start out feeling bad and hurting but after 7 miles in I'm feeling good and not feeling any pain. actually, the first 3 mile of my runs are like this.
Anyone have similar experiences or have altered their training to strengthen their shot knees?
