I attended this camp in high school. It has been over 15 years since I last went, but I think they have kept the structure largely similar. However, I attended the team week and not the individual week, so things may be different for your daughter as an individual camper.
I think there are around 80-120 runners there in a given week, mostly high school age. Most days start with a morning workout (choice between a run, pool workout, or aerobics/calisthenics). Meals are all in the dining hall on campus. After breakfast, they usually have an instruction period with lectures on training, nutrition, stretching, etc. I also recall a session where they used video to analyze your form. Teams have team-building activities, but as an individual camper these may not apply.
There is an afternoon run in the mountains each afternoon. I think there is usually one featured route, with different levels of difficulty (distance, pace, amount of uphill). Most of the runs are within 10 or 15 miles of campus and are reached by van. Most runs conclude with a soak in a mountain stream. These runs can be muddy, so I would suggest bringing multiple pairs of shoes.
There are also excursions to local waterfalls, and Sliding Rock. I'm not sure how these are scheduled for individuals, as we always just went as a team.
Housing is in the dorms. Unless they have updated their housing, the dorms have the classic dungeon feel, with community bathrooms and musty scents.
They have social activities during the evening for campers as well.
thanks! your advice really helped:-)
