Could be wrong but pretty sure the dude trains in the elite and the vomero. Red and black spike would make sense but I guess we'll see at worlds! I don't want to go back to old video to figure out the spike. Bed time. Shouldn't be too hard to see though!

No way of knowing, he could be barefoot, he could have just socks on, he could have slippers, sandals, Maybe if he has a twitter you could tweet him and ask him.
i don't know about you, but ive never seen him training in sandals. i could be wrong tho.
i don't have twitter so i cant ask him
I've seen pictures on Instagram of him training in the old Pegasus 30s. Not sure if he uses other trainers as well. As for spikes, he's been wearing a custom pair with a Victory 2 upper and an OG Victory spike plate.

You asked what he was wearing at the moment, Just curious how do you know he is training at this moment???
Ignore me, I was just trying to be silly.
he is a beast who never stops training. so i assumes he's running right now
don't worry i picked you out as a common troll pretty fast
Asics has a model called the Prima Diver, I think
Whatever shoes he is wearing, they slip off the barriers between spikes.
One of the slow motion videos shows his shoe sliding back every time on the barriers and only catching at the spikes. IMO that's not good, the shoe should catch at any part of the surface, not only at the spikes.
He used to wear the Peg 30's but in a recent Flotrack video he was wearing Vomero's.
His spikes are a Zoom Victory 2 upper with a Victory 1 plate.

question: did you look that closely at other steeplers' feet landing on the barrier? that might happen to everybody
You can buy the same colorway as Bowerman, OTC, NOP. But he is wearing a custom pair with OG vic plates and the vic 2 upper like someone stated.
