My last marathon I usually averaged around 75 miles a week all in singles. My question is, should the extra 30 minutes I am adding in 3-4x a week, be super easy or should I try and gradually build up to having them as fast as my normal aerobic pace?

Go super easy and see how you feel. Give it a month or so and you will naturally settle into a faster pace.
Allow your body to adapt, that is what I'm doing with my doubles that I'm doing 3x a week. Then slowly let the pace bring itself down. You shouldn't be working hard on the runs, just let yourself go during the runs. It is best to zone out in my opinion.
