I am a 49yo male. I'm 6'2 and my weight is 180. I's love to shed 20lbs. I have a sweet tooth and that is my biggest weakness. It's not hard for me to give up the sweets but Pepsi is my one weakness. I don't drink coffee so this is how I get my caffeine. I drink anywhere from 2-6 cans a day with 3-4 being the average (yes I know that's a lot). I just wanted to know if I'm running say 40-45 miles a week with a long run and one hard run, if I just give up the soda cold turkey for 30 days how many lbs do you think I would lose? I'd be motivated to stay with it if i saw results. I don't like how my belly sometimes looks chubby. Thanks.
