Two things, first I had a pair of the American eagle racing shoes, loved them!
Second, I remember that article on Slaney. The thing I always liked about her growing up is she never ran in a sports bra. She always appeared so perky(if you know what I mean) in all her photos. Ahhhh, the good old days.

Seriously, how are we supposed to know that these were really Slaney's shoes? Not that it would add much value to them. I doubt the market for Mary Decker-Slaney memorabilia is that hot.
