I have a pair of Shay XC 4 cross-country spikes. I noticed that the website said they are removable spikes, but was wondering if i had a course that had some pavement, if it would be ok to take out the spikes for that race. (because i don't want to run on pavement with spikes). And if i did, would it effect my stride/cause me to be uncomfortable, since they are generally supposed to have spikes in them? Or if i should just wear regular running flats.
