Closest I can find is the Altra Instinct 1.5 but it has a rigid sole so no good. I would take a good racing flat but they are all narrow and this is for 100mwp training.

Try this new company.
The TEMPO shoe look good have you tried them?
yes , I bought the Tempo. I do 1 run a week in them on a dirt trail , so I'm not a minimalist. very neutral , and lots of toe room.

best shoe from altra would be the one 2.5.
https://www.altrarunning.com/men/one-25Ah screw this, too much choice I'm just going to get some of those barefoot running sandals and be done with it. I can't even try these shoes on because I'd have to buy from America and return would burn if they don't fit.
Mango I have very similar taste in shoes.
Merrell Bare Access seems to fit all of your criteria. I have the Vapor Glove, it has no real cushioning but has that great wide toe box.
Mizuno wave universe - toe box is wide for a flat, but may not be as wide as you are looking for. It has a few mm drop, but the stack height is so low anyway it's not possible to detect.
Might look into the NB minimus line, they have some low drops that can be ordered in wide sizes - extra room for the piggly wiggles.
New Balance MR00. Vibram outsole will be more durable than any racing flat, 0mm drop, lightweight, good for sockless, wide toe box, enough cushion for what you want. Probably get these for cheap somewhere as they are discontinued.
Another to lookup is the Adidas Gazelle (1 or 2, I have run in the 2.0 version). Not zero drop, but feels like it. More flexible than the NB, upper is really unique.
Try the Sketchers Performance line? They've got a number of 0-4mm drop minimalist shoes with nice room in the toe box.

Skora has a nice "shoefitr" tool on their website where you plug in a current shoe and it suggests a size to wear.
I've done a lot of running in the Tempo, love it on gravel.
So i have been running in the Skora Core(minimal) and the Hoka Stinson(Extra Maximal). i thought I would prefer the Hokas which I had first and love but I find myself gravitating to the Skora and I am a big runner 190 pounds. I like the Goatskin upper and the ground feel and actually feel really comfortable in the Hilly Canyons in the Skora. Skora is a good company and that Tempo could be a good call for what you are looking for.
Inov-8. I haven't tried their new models, but if you want an Altra with a flexible sole... this is it.
