I ran a 4:52 1600 as a freshman off of around 20 miles a week. I moved this summer and my new xc coach has me consistently running 48-50 miles a week. What time do you think I should be around in the 1600 if I keep up that mileage? I ran a 16:40 3 mile on a tough xc course off of around 35 miles a week and I was injured for the whole first month of track if that helps with your judgements.
