Same thing happened to me a few months back. Very annoying way to get injured:)
Wear orthotics (doesn't have to be custom, just cushioned nicely) everywhere you walk for a few days. Your local pharmacy will have them. That will take all pressure off the bone and allow it to heal up. For me, a few days of that allowed me to run again with the extra cushion. Then after about 10 days I was back to running in my minimalist shoes again.
