I have a race in 6weeks. Will be a 1 1/2 race. If I can only run approx. 10 miles or 3 runs per week, what suggestions does anyone have as to what those 3 runs should be ?

Why can you only run 10 miles per week?
That is extremely light preparation. You're not going to do well, no matter what you do for the next 6 weeks. Especially if you only run 10 miles per week until then.
Ditch the running and stick to the crossfit. Get as SHREDDED and BUFF as you can before race day. Whether or not you cross the line first, you'll end up the real winner as everyone will be MIRIN your RIPPED physique.
Suggestion: Run more.
