Yeah right that's what happened. It was completely unplanned and I doubt he knows the first thing about lactate load.
He only went to the back because he tripped and then seemed to give up for a while and only got back to the front because the others allowed the pace to be so slow instead of taking advantage of his mistake
It was impressive in one way but anyone decent would have made him look like an idiot.
Look at how they all bunched when Kiprop was at the back. Not a front runner or leader among them ...all were racing for 2nd place before the gun started
