alright so on my second lap of all my 800m races i slow down A LOT, however i seem to catch everyone on my second lap, so is everyone slowing down?(I ran 2:23.3, straight after a 1500m, but when i did one with fresh legs i did 2:25.00, 67 or 68 for my first lap then about 77/78 for my second, what should i do to imporve my 2nd lap.
