I'm in my late 20s and spent half a life as a sprinter. It was too demanding on the body. I have now converted to distance running. I love it.
Since mid May I have steadily been increasing my mileage. At first it was like 20minutes a day for a week, then it was 25 so on and so on. The build up has been pretty deliberate. But the past two weeks I have noticed that I can't get above 40 or 45 minutes. I kind of hit a wall at 30 or 35min. The last 5 or 10 minutes seem to be death march.
Any advice on breaking through would be appreciated
