Also, just 3 weeks ago, Vernon was cracking doorbell jokes on twitter at Mo's expense in regards to his miss Drug test.
If Vernon really did want to make an effort, he'd have contacted him privately or tried to bury the hatched privately. Instead, Vernon opted for a more public gesture, in front of journalists. It seemed staged and forced, so Mo, I assume, told him to F-off

A fair summary
Vernon seems like a nice guy generally seems to get a bit carried away on twitter and has a bit of a record of complaining and crying when people tell him to feck off

Franck only picked off Quigley over last lap and was 30m off her for most of 2nd half. Looked like she was watching the leaders half the race.

Michael Rimmer, Kelly Sotherton, Hannah England and Lynsey Sharp all defended him. In fact, 3 out of those 4 came out publically in support and admitted that they too missed drug tests when Mo was getting all the negative headlines in the media. If that's not supporting him, I don't know what is.
Lynsey Sharp also dislikes Vernon and nicknamed him Andy Vermon due to their beef.

Another sob story from the jealous club runners in the UK. Distance running has gone in the toilet in the UK and most sub elites are just plain jealous of Mo's success. They hate it! They want to side with the petty tabloid press accusations and not face the the reality that Mo had to leave the UK to get to the next level. The UK coaching system sucks, the athletes themselves for a modernized nation the least competitive in the world in the distances.

Funny how the Mo panty sniffer have to rewrite history on the Vernon "european" comment. 1st he said it as a joke. Everyone where it hapoened seemed to get the joke except Baby Farah. So Farah, instead of saying something, stews for months.…then goes off. Yeah that makes sense. When asked Vernon admits to the joke and apologizes.
