Since in college and having to break my own bank to buy running shoes, where do people go to get shoes at the lowest price. I still need quality because I run 60-80 a week and am still competitive.

amazon has pretty cheap shoes. Many of the top-of-the-line shoes from year's past cost $50. I believe there is a massive amazon sale coming up in the next 2 weeks, so watch out for that.
Personal Anecdote:
-Asics Gel-Noosa Tri 8 for $50
-Skechers GoRun Ride 3 for $45
I have never seen cheap shoes in normal sizes on Amazon. Your best bet is probably running warehouse. If you read letsrun, you already know the discount codes. fb15d on sale items and runblog10 on nonsale items.
I've had really good experiences with City Sports, Foot Locker, and Holabird Sports, where I've picked up my favorite shoe for half of the Roadrunner or manufacturer's price, for example. It may take a little digging, but it will pay off, especially if you're good with getting off/unpopular colors or previous models.
Running warehouse using Code (BayouD) for 15% off or EBay.com
Running Warehouse. Look for sale/clearance shoes and used code FB15D for 15% off the clearance price.
I actually found really good deals in places like TJ Maxx, Ross, and Marshall's. It takes a lot of effort, but you can find some really great deals once in a while, even on racing flats and spikes. I got some Adizero Tempos for $32 a while ago, but my biggest find was some NB racing flats for $12 once.
I would reach out to some shoe companies. I happen to live in Baltimore and Under Armour is right there. They are always looking for people to test their new designs and models. Which surprisingly are pretty awesome shoes. That is definitely helping cut down on cost.
If you can wear them, Pumas.
Buying them directly from puma.com when on sale, I routinely get running shoes for $45.
Free returns as well if they don't fit.
Running Warehouse, Holabird, Eastbay closeouts, First to the Finish closeout spikes. As stated, look for previous year's models.
