I am a 19 year old female and running 90-100 miles a week- I have searched the boards and see that women my size (108 lbs) eat like 2,000-2,500 calories. I used to weight closer 104 lbs (when I was running around 60 miles a week) but noticed that I was not getting my period and was "skinny fat" so I upped my calories along with the mileage increase and weight training having slowly gained 4 lbs in doing this but I think I look leaner and my clothes still fit the same...have I just been under-eating and now I am not?
