Why can the USA produce world best female soccer athletes but not male? I thought because the best athletes went to other more popular sports. Therefore is soccer more culturally female in the US? Or culturally anti-female in other countries?
Will they take their shirts off if they win

Title X. The US has 36,000 women playing soccer at college.
The other 208 FIFA countries probably don't have 36,000 adult women playing soccer between them.
Title XI.
I was only one away.
now you are 2 away. it's IX.
i watched the first half and the first half just confirmed why i don't watch women's soccer -- it's played at a level that a decent high school boys team plays at. that was some atrocious soccer being played out there. the women are better looking than wnba women but the gap between them and their male counterparts is just as wide.
The US women have an extra bone in their feet which allows them to 'cup' the ball more easily - a distinct advantage in maintaining possession. Also, they grow up in the suburbs from a young age playing soccer everyday Saturdays. There are women (i.e. soccer moms), who are so called because their mission in life is to raise behemoths who will go on to play soccer in college and perhaps win international tournaments.

You realize most people say this when they watch track and field and there is a lot more action in soccer than in track and field
