If you are going to be longer that 1hour & 30min in the half then you do need to eat a lil more of Carbo's. But if you are only going to be under 90min then you will be okay.

Yes. If you're going to run 1:20-25, you don't need anything, unless you're a regular consumer of gu during training, i suppose. Stick to what you've done in training.
