So here is the plan, 4 collegiate distance running housemates have decided to do the 10k challenge to celebrate the freedom of this great nation. The challenge consists of a 10k run, 10k calories of a single food item, 10k pounds of weight lifted using one exercise, and another 10k run at the end to top it off. This must be completed within a 24 hour period.
We are looking for help to decide on rewards and punishments for the winner and loser. We have designed a point system to decide who wins, but need LRC help to determine the reward for the 10k champion and the punishment for the poor soul in last.
These are your competitors:
Player 1 - A tall, dark, and handsome mid-distance runner, this player traveled the country to come join his teammates for eternal running glory and to whoop some ass in this 10k challenge. Food of choice: 61 Extra Peanut Butter Little Debbie Nutty Bars.
Player 2 - A taller, lighter, and significantly less handsome distance runner who enjoys video games and long walks on the beach.. Looking for a tall girl with tattoos and lots of cats. Food of choice: 228 Miniature Reese's cups.
Player 3 - Proud owner of 6 pack abs, and a Ford F-150. Resident ab ripper x instructor, Pokemon connoisseur, and home owner (sorry about the toilets...). Food of choice: 209 Chocolate Frosted Donut Holes.
Player 4 - A Mexican stallion who isn't afraid to experiment, this player is a vulgar, but kind-hearted, man looking for a friend to share his off-color ways. Food of choice: 59.5 ounces of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter.

Rules
10k run comes first all together
10k calories of one food
Other foods can be eaten, but do not count towards caloric intake
10k pounds of weight lifted in one exercise
Curls or runner arms with 10 pound weight, 500 each arm
10k run starting at 10:30pm at the latest
Can be done earlier if all participants agree
Start together, then every man for himself
Gentlemans agreement for honesty, otherwise yous a bitch
Slap bet in agreement for anyone who lies
Point System
1000 pts. for completing first 10k
0.1 pt. for each rep
0.25 pt. for each calorie of chosen food
300 points for 1st person to 5000 calories, 200 to 2nd, 100 to 3rd, 0 to 4th
600 points for 1st to 10,000 calories, 400 to 2nd, 200 to 4th, 0 to 4th
1000 points if finished by noon, lose 150 points an hour, 0 bonus points after 6pm
1000 pts. for completing second 10k
Fastest finisher gets additional 1000 points
Other finishers lose 1 point for each second behind the first finisher
If you throw up once, you lose 25% of end of day total, plus 5% for each additional time
