Since the end of the track season I have followed SoM and my training has gone very well. Several good tempos and lots of doubles. With the east coast summer just having started, it seems there is enough time to correct any mistakes I am making. Does anyone know how one should run a 10-12 mile long run under SoM? I had been running them fairly easy until around mile 8 where I began to roll, very relaxed but starting to bring the pace down.
So any advice?
