Yesterday on my easy day I decided to do a hilly 8 mile run at e-pace. I chose hilly to prepare my legs for the hill repeats I was supposed to do today. (6x60 seconds) However, after the warm up I felt so tired and my legs felt heavy.
I thought that the long hilly run would prepare my legs for the hill repeats the following day, but I guess I was wrong???
I decided to do the workout tomorrow and just do an easy 3 miles today.
