Hi guys, I understand that typical posters on here, shoot down anything that Running Times posts because it is for mostly hobby joggers. I came across a nice article on their website discussing developing a lethal kick. I think that it is very good. I wanted to see y'alls opinion on the article. I am a 16:12 guy that lacks a finishing kick. Please let me know if you think that the things listed in this article will help me develop a kick.
Ps: I am going to be a junior in high school this upcoming season.
