If you were thinking transfer earlier this year, I'd have said to look Ivy--even though they don't have "athletic" scholarships.
The reason: the Ivies' need-based scholarship grants are outstanding and often leave a student and his/her family in a better financial position than would be the case if s/he got a full-tuition grant (most males won't, btw) by transferring to Quantum State. And your combination of high GPA and athletic talent would get you in to most of the League's schools (not Princeton--they don't accept transfers).
But it's the end of June. You might *still* have a chance at acceptance to an Ivy, I guess, but it would take a lot of string-pulling. My advice would be to inquire at all seven of the non-Princeton Ivies and ask whether there's a possibility, at this late date, at any of them.
But FIRST you'd still have to get a release from your current university, as pointed out above, before any of them could be allowed to talk with you about a transfer. Trust me, compliance offices do these releases all the time--it's very straightforward and routine (and the D1 coaches I've met are much better about this process than many people might guess).
Be aware, though: in most cases, the Ivy League only allows a total of four years' enrollment (from all schools), not five, for undergraduate competition; and there's no graduate-student eligibility in the League.
So IF--and I realize it's a big if--you really wanted to go Ivy, and you had no luck this summer, my realistic best advice would be to take a year off from school; apply to the Ivies of your choice during the regular transfer-admissions cycle, some months from now; and go to your new school with three years' NCAA eligibility remaining.
[As to what schools to look at: I remember seeing some fairly impressive middle-distance results from Cornell a while back (and I'm told they're perhaps the easiest Ivy to transfer into), but really all the League schools seem to be doing a pretty good job in the middle-distance events--great competition!]
And if the OP's a troll, well, maybe someone else will be helped by the info in this thread.
