4:16.
4:08 for bronze
I hope not...then we'd have to listen to one of those embarrassing interviews....
I think she makes the team
Simpson
Rowbury
Brown
Cain
Is my guess. Rooting for Shelby Houlihan to do something big though

Lol
In retrospect, both Cain and Efraimson should have tried out for Pan Am Junior instead.
Hindsight is 20/20 however.
Not fast enough

Have either of them won a national or international junior title before? I think it'd be pretty cool to get one of those, instead of getting rocked at the senior level, but then again, I'm not a pro runner.
Didn't cain win one last year in the 3000?
Cain isn't winning anything carrying around that extra 10 pounds of body fat. Geesh she looked chubby.

Am I the only one who has noticed that Saladbar has monkeyed with Mary's running form AKA arm carriage. Noticed it in the heats & the finals. Noticed it till the last straightaway of the final when Mary reverted to her natural form.
Remember when Saladbar experimented with Ritz's running form?
This is a recipe for disaster. Mary generates most of her power from her arms sawing across her body. This new (holding her elbows in close to her sides) negates all that power. Mary will never be RowRowRowberry - she didn't grow up with celtic dancing.
Having said that, Mary ran better at nats than I thought she would.
