Wow I didnt know that USADA's decision on Rupp came out? How about we all hold back on saying something is proven when there is still an active investigation ongoing. The amount of bias on this website is astounding.

Exactly. I think that the 5,000m is just too fast for him in a championship setting.
The announcers did say that he was a 6-time national champion at the event. And they would know better than us, of course. So the answer is 6.

I went all the way back to 2006 (when Rupp was not on the podium in any race).
He only won once in 2012. Beating Lagat by a couple of tenths.
