Wow just checked and no response! I thought for sure I would at least get bashed for asking an ultra-related question!
no different than a marathon... last long run(s) 14ish days out, last workout 10 days out, taper like you would for any other long race... over the last few days leading up i'd taper from 80-60-40 minutes a day, with one off day and strides at the end of runs.
