I'm on a journey to turn back the hands of time. i posted a month ago my ambitious goals. 8 weeks of training and heres the stats
week 1-5 15-20 mpw build up
week 6. race #2: 21.35. 1 mile-6.39 2 mile 13.35. 3 mile i ate crap and died
also last mile was hilly and it was 95 degrees high humidity.
(race 1 was 23.13 on a cool flat course.)
week 7-8 20-25 mpw with speed workouts.
any tips, suggestions? i pounded out my 6 mile run this morning under 48 min. 8 min. mile pace and i felt great. so no injuries so far. (I give God the thanks for)
