Hello I have just finished basic navy training . I have found through this I have some natural running ability. I have run 1.5 miles 7:56 on road and 17:10 5k cross country . I have never done any run specific training apart from a 1500. At sports day 4:07 and 800 1:58 . Would it be possible to run a sub 15 5 k . Is it worth concentrating on running ?
