2 weeks ago, I started my base phase for cross country. I planned on introducing myself back to running after 2 weeks off with 19 miles of very easy running for that week. I ended up catching my feet before I thought I would and ran 26.4 miles. Then, I planned to run 30 miles this week, and I ended up running 35.4. I feel a lot better than I thought I would, do you think I should keep progressing by feel, or progress by what my training plan has down? I plan on building to 60 MPW for reference.
