Im going into my senior xc season and really want to do anything i can in terms of training to be my best. I have prs of 1:59,4:31 and 9:49 (800,1600,3200) and a 5k best of 15:55, all from sophomore year. Stayed exactly the same junior year. Im from a running family as my grandfather is a two time olympic gold medalist and two of my first cousins went sub 4:01 in college, everything ive done up to now has just been generic. Ive never run in the summer before, What training can i do to reach my full potential?
