Can someone tell me something. WHy in God's name does USATF/IAAF do time qualifiers in the 1500 which is never ever run for time in the rounds but then does the 800 by place.
In the 1500 yesterday, it was top 3 and next 3. I personally think for all races 1500 and up, all of the qualifier races should be done by place only. Probably the 800 like they do it.
But someone at USATF/NCAA, etc, please change this. Coaches it makes no sense.
