Did you read the article?
Reel ya neck in mate.
The article has been updated, with Farah quote, since the OP posted the link.
Seems like a possible first step in the direction of Mo leaving Salazar. And If Mo leaves Salazar because of these allegations, i think Nike will shut down NOP and distance themselves from Salazar.
Would Nike ever cut all ties with Salazar? Maybe, but somehow Salazar seems to be to Nike as Isiah Thomas is to the New York Knicks.

I totally second that. This seems small but it might set the ball rolling on his leaving Salazar. Which would mean more media coverage and hopefully enough pressure to blow the lead and uncover the truth.

Blow the lid on who?
Mo is doing most of his doping in africa
Funny how they (farah/rupp/alsal/their agent) were all made aware of the documentary and allegations a month ago (as stated in the OP's linked to article) and Mo is only now getting angry and demanding answers.
This is all part of his predictable positioning. He has too much on the line within the UK now and post running career. It is my theory(and seen from past experiences in baseball and track) that Farah watches the news over the next few weeks and judges whether it is politically damaging to stay with ASal. If anyone else that previously worked with NOP comes with evidence or more evidence emerges, Farah will jump ship - pleading ignorance. That is very possibly his deal with Salazar. What's that great quote - "secrets do have expiration dates".
Real life:
Let's say that I coach an athlete.
False accusations are made about me (I didn't do anything.
Athlete that I train, as a result unilaterally decides to forgo his next competition and fly over to see me to discuss these allegations (that everybody has known about for 10 years) with me.
In the real world, athletes flies over to question me. I tell him to f$&k off and wish him all the best at the upcoming world championship.
Come on, coach/athletes are very close. Big trust relationship. My athlete all of a sudden would listen to a journalist that talked to a few athletes instead of believing me? I would say, go fu$k yourself Mo.
How would it be for Mo to lose his coach a few months before WC?
His story that he has to fly over to find out the truth is bull...
I reckon that there are two possible scenarios:
1) This is actually a huge ploy by Salazar to make everyone believe his group is clean. Have it look like Mo is about to turn on him and then Mo stays, convinced they're clean. Or as LRC skeptics would prefer, Mo claims they're clean after all to cover everything up with some credibility.
2) This is actually news to Mo, and he goes back and decides whether to stay with Salazar. I presume he will stay, since Salazar is pretty persuasive. Salazar wouldn't want to lose Mo.
I think this makes Mo look bad. Even a distracted Mo would be at the very least competitive. I actually give Salazar and Rupp the benefit of the doubt at this point but Mo's withdraw doesn't sit well with me.
It does make him seem somewhat vulnerable. Suppose someone heading up to the start line at worlds makes a comment about his accusations. What would Mo do? Would he keep his composure? Based on his personality and reaction to this event, it seems that he would not.
Mo is judge and jury now. If he leaves we all know NOP is doping. If he stays either they're not doping, he's complicit, or he has been lied to.

It is very clearly option number 1. The PR flacks at Nike have staged Mo's angst in the press conference and his withdrawal from the race as a way of reinforcing his credibility among the British and American public. This will help them keep that part of their brand reputation intact, so as to focus on the whole Roiding Rupp and Albuterol Salazar issue.
Just think what everyone would have thought if Farah did go out and compete, and do as he usually does--blow the entire field in the last lap. People are already now primed to view such an ability as questionable in light of current allegations. Better to stay out of the limelight as much as possible until the PR hacks can guide the entire NOP staff to a satisfactory end. No big interviews with Oprah (learning the lessons from "one-ball" Armstrong)....full on red alert in the war room...staff taught appropriate ways of self-censuring, etc.
But if WADA does get it's way and the FBI investigates, Farah should be looking into hiring a private PR consultancy because it's not logical to think he absolutely doesn't know of any of the shenanigans that have been going on in the NOP camp. Or do we really think that after workouts, Sal and Rupp head off to a private place together leaving Farah to play outside in the sandbox....
Hamza Driouch affiliation (loose definition of affiliation but it counts as a suspicious instance) at a training base in Africa?
NOP affiliation (of all the time him and Rupp spent together and his coach is Salazar)?
Whatever happened at the Olympics that that one dude saw?
The list slowly gets longer.
i'm not sure about any of that-mo did himself no favors yesterday
mo has certainly put himself in the firing line now publicity- wise
he has stated that he's looking for answers from salazar(which is total BS obviously)
but he is now going to have to follow on from that statement yesterday with more statements or decisive action in short order
i confidently expect more revelations soon putting mo in big trouble
I totally agree, but wouldn't wish him the best. What goes around comes around. Que sera, que sera.
I like this statement by Cram.
