I'm a post-collegiate runner, struggling to find the focus to keep the dream alive. Looking to grind out one more badass summer of training in hopes running a big 'thon in the fall before I fade into the sunset. I'm not riding some jaded hope of an OT qualifier or anything, but just want to drop a time quick enough to tell girls in bars that I was "almost there".
I've already tapped into a lot of the lifestyle of the heroes of the 70's; I work a shitty low wage job, sleep on an air mattress on my friends floor, and have deleted all forms of mindless social media (I already haven't owned a tv in 4 years).
So here's my question: What type of beer should I be drinking nightly to compliment my mileage? (casually, like 2-10 after each run depending on sweat loss)
