Strong field and she has been running great. Very good chance for a new AR.

been running great? what evidence is there from the last 6 weeks proving huddle is in good shape?

I don't remember if it was the last 6 weeks nor do I care but she ran a 68 minute 1/2, and a 14:50 5k on the roads. Both were fairly tactical races that she won with a monster kick.
I love Molly Huddle, is it bad to love a married woman? So feminine yet so strong, so inspiring, yet not an arrogant biotch. I would please her every night.
14:50 was the BAA 5k before the Boston Marathon. This field is incredible, with two people capable of beating the world record. If they do attempt the wr, the question for her becomes whether she has anyone to run with at the right pace or has to go too fast and rigs. Right now, however, I think that she can beat 14:40 solo, so I think this record is going down if the race pace is fast or very, very fast. Her only problem would be if they are going a slow pace and then hammering the last 1k.
She has been on a roll for the past year with no real breaks for injuries. Seems like she is getting close to peaking in her track career with tons of potential on the roads.
I am betting AR's in both 5k and 10k this summer. Would be cool to see her kick it off at Pre.
I'm rooting for her as well. I know she's said she would like to/will run a marathon in due time & I for one cannot wait for that. It totally wouldn't surprise me if she set a new American debut record in the marathon.

I would not be surprised to see Huddle run in the low 14:30s, the 5000 AR is perhaps the softest record on the books. Huddle only has a 4:08 1500 PR, which suggest there is a limit to fast she is ever going to run the 5K. I see her future ultimately in the 10K. I would love to see a sub-4 1500 runner like Rowbury or Jenny take a crack at the AR. If Huddle does get under 14:40, I will be disappointed.

I'm guessing by context that you meant, "If Huddle doesn't get under 14:40, I will be disappointed."
