I would like to use this thread to post my daily training and have input on training and advice on the subject. A little background my PB's are:
400m: 56
800m: 2:07
1500m: 4:27
So I have a race in a couple weeks and would like to break 2:00. And run 4:20 in the 1500m. I feel I lack during the 800m is I go out in 60 sec usually and come back in 1:07. I was wondering what training could help with going out in 1:00 but hold it and try to run 1:00 the second lap as well.
