I was wondering how well someone could do off of an EXTREMELY polarized schedule (HARD-Rest-HARD-Rest) in the 800.

5 Speed Endurance (80-150m reps)

7 Long Tempo Run

13 Special Endurance (150-600m reps)
14 Rest
and taking the Rest days as complete rest, with maybe some light stretching and normal daily activities, but no cross training or recovery runs, and doing weights or plyos on the same days as your workouts.
