Every night it's a burger with fries. 6 beers and 2 shots. How is this effecting me?

I was kinda disappointing when I didn't see jamin's name next to the title.
We can't answer that question, only you can.
You are doing pretty well.
Lucid post.
No serious grammar or spelling issues.
You obviously aren't drinking enough.
You'll probably just get real fat eventually.
Some people dig fatties.
Not me. But some do.
It depends - how old are you?
If you're in your 20s, it's ok
If you're in your 30s, it's not ok anymore
If you're 40+, it's ok again

Your grammatical error is killing me.
Affect = verb
effect = noun
Most people are throwing their life away. I don't see much difference between what you're doing and sitting at home watching tv for 4 hours every night like most people.

No, most people are on FB or other web crap or smartphone for 4 hours every night. Not many people watch TV anymore.
Every episode is dedicated to an individual who has mental illness. It serves my mission of getting people to come out about it. Telling the long story of every detail is too much to ask. Baby steps. Just get them to say, hey my name is __, I have a brain disorder, is huge. Staying simple.
It goes with humor because I strongly believe in laughter being healing. I serve my customers by giving them an outlet for negative emotions and a place to generate positive emotions.
A recent study showed that people who engage in joyful laughter produce brain wave frequencies at 30-40 hertz. , the brain produced significant levels of gamma waves – the same brain electrical impulses produced by someone who meditates, reaching a state of contentment and happiness, the study said.
In patients with schizophrenia, a humor and laughter intervention reduced hostility and depression/anxiety. Laughing together can greatly improve cooperation and empathy between people of different cultural backgrounds. Laughter reduces mental tension and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused. We live in a society that tends to isolate people with brain disorders. It fosters better communication between those with brain disorders and everyone else, which leads to a less confrontational approach in tense situations. Humor also results in greater resilience,
Increased hope, optimism, energy, and vigor, Increased endorphins and dopamine, Increased friendliness and altruism.
I didn't write one damn joke in this post. failure.

I'd say it's the opposite. You're living life. Good food (hope it's not fast food) & alcohol!
For 100's of thousands of years, humans just survived. I think you're going to be ok.

But you'd think that after that time the smartest survived and that we'd be able to think about our future some more than they did.
E.g. - should I try this meth? Meh, 100,000 years of evolution... I'll be fine.

He'll be hammered one night and freak out thinking he has blood in his piss. Can I say piss around here?
As long as you don't have a spouse or kids, this is fine.
