I’m following a Daniels Marathon program. Last week it called for 60min easy followed by 40 at Marathon pace. This week the schedule calls for 40 tempo followed by an hour easy.
What pace should 40min of tempo be run at?
I was thinking it should be around marathon pace (according to Daniels charts for longer tempo runs its about the same), but I don’t understand why one workout says marathon pace and one says 40 tempo if its the same pace.
