Basically, I have like an hour a day to workout. I love running and I will always run, so that leaves me with like 5 minutes a day to do other workouts.
I used to have a 15 minute core routine followed by push-ups, etc. but it just isn't realistic to do it every day.
Are there some solid full body exercises that I can do for 5 minutes that will keep me from getting too skinnyfat?
I am thinking burpees or something...
