I am in my early 30's and have been "skinny fat" for a while now. My arms and legs are pretty lean but I still have a little gut that won't die.
I don't drink alcohol and run about 40 to 50 mpw (slowly). I try to eat balanced but don't know much about nutrition.
What is the most likely culprit here? How do I get rid of this piece of crap belly!?
It is about 90% diet.
That includes frequency of consumption and types of food consumed during periods of the day.
You can have a diet tailored to you but it takes a lot of discipline on the front end then you have a hard time consuming crap foods after you have settled into a routine.
Look into the EXOS Fuel for Performance Meal Plans. To get a real nats rear plan you will need to get a BCM conducted with an actual nutritionist.
Bottom line, you can't out run or out train a poor diet.
