Yours does not look too bad. It took me 5 full months to heal. With that being said, I was an idiot with it. I only wore the boot when out for a long period of time. I would walk around the house awkwardly on the inside of my foot or on my heel, etc. I was also still biking ~130mi a week because it did not hurt when biking (I never stood up, but still..). I was doing 10-15K a week in the pool, but I always used a pull buoy so I was just using arms. Made sure to only push off the wall with my healthy foot.
TBH I thought that injury was going to be my demise. I had already not been running for 4 months before due to other complications. I was originally quoted at 3 months until healed, and it keep getting pushed back each time I visited. Once I was "cleared" I followed a very conservative walk/jog plan that was scheduled for 8 weeks but I accelerated to 6 weeks.
It might seem like the end of the world, but it's not. It'll heal. My biggest advice is cross train your freaking butt off. This is perfect time to get a really good regimen of abs/low back/hip strengthening as all of that is non weight bearing. If you hop in the pool you will probably build upper body mass like I did. Don't be concerned about it if you are, I shed it off within 6 weeks once I got back above 50 mi/wk.
