Hello, here are the races I'm running this summer:
June 13 Half Marathon
June 20 10 Mile
July 4 5k
Sept 7 Half Marathon
I'm using Hal Higdon's training guide:

My question is how do I train for the other races once I finish the June 13? Do I start over for Half training and run low miles and slowly build up or do I start at a more advanced distance?
I usually run 1 race a year so I'm in unfamiliar territory.
