Ran 3:54 for 1500m last year. Over the summer, fall and winter, I did no training whatsoever and ate lots of chocolate, chips, and candy. Basically lived a sedentary lifestyle.
Now it's May 2015. I'm in terrible shape, can't even run around the block without wheezing and panting. I want to get back to training over the summer, and I want to do some Cross country in the fall. How should I slowly get back to the form I was in last year?
