Coaches, I'm looking for more inspiration on how to set the tone at the beginning of the year. Currently revamping our cross country orientation/program as our team has changed and we've lost a lot of negativity through graduating seniors and gained a ton of inexperienced underclassmen. Thank goodness.
What kind of team building activities do you all do that you have found to be very successful to contribute to your team's attitude/mentality? We already do a camp mid summer. But I want to start the summer off better than I have in the past.
I can't stand slogans. However, it's not about me. It's about what works for my athletes.
