i have heard that some athletes do not drop their resting hearts rate at all after months of trainings, does that mean they are nonresponder to v2omax training since cardiac output is the main component in vo2max? are they quite nonresponsive to heart size enlargement due to the nature of genetics?''
some may start with natural RHR of 52 and have max heart rate of 230 when they max out, does that a good indication of sedentary vo2max?
